Identity
Arqués Ribert Advocats is a law firm established in the Principality of Andorra. All of its lawyers are members of the Andorra Bar Association.
Qualifications
The qualifications of our lawyers combine academic qualifications from foreign universities with specific training in Andorran law within all the areas and disciplines of practice that the firm offers.
Legislative output
We have collaborated in providing legal advice on various Andorran draft bills and legislative proposals within the fields of company law, finance law, social protection law, administrative law, tax law, civil service law and town planning law.
University training
Similarly, we are associate professors at the University of Andorra (UdA) on several training courses offered by that institution, including the Master in Andorran Law.
VISION
Experience rooted in the past while looking to the future
Josep Maria Arqués Campillo, a civil lawyer and a scholar of Catalan law, founded the practice in 1964 and he led it until 2007. His son, Daniel Arqués Tomàs, joined the firm in 1989. His son-in-law, Jaume Ribert Llovet has been with the practice since 1996.
The two current Partner-Directors of the firm have made every effort to preserve and safeguard the values that have been the hallmark of the firm during more than 50 years of professional service. They have placed special emphasis on the requirements of a law that is living thing and in continuous change, and on the needs of clients, which are constantly evolving.
