ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL is the owner of this website, and its registered offices are situated on the 4th Floor of the Crèdit Centre Building at Number 6-8 Bonaventura Armengol Street, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra). Its Tax Registration Number (NRT) is L-708897-U.

Only persons of legal age may contact ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL through this website. In accordance with the foregoing, if you provide your personal data through this website, it is on the understanding that you are over 18 years of age. If ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL discovers that personal data have been provided by a minor, they shall be deleted immediately.

Personal data of third parties who are not the interested party concerned must not be provided through this website. If, for whatever reason, it were absolutely necessary to provide personal data of persons under the age of 18, you must provide ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL with guarantees that you are doing so in your capacity as the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor to whom the data belongs, and you must also grant your express consent for it to be processed. Purposes of processing of personal data

For the purposes set out in the current regulations on personal data protection, ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL informs you that any personal data that you may provide to us while browsing our website, directly or indirectly (mainly resulting from the use of cookies and/or registration of IP addresses) shall be incorporated into a data processing file which shall be under the responsibility of ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL, for the sole purpose of being able to manage browsing of the site and/or any eventual communications that you make through the form that can be accessed using the contact button. If the user has granted his or her express and unequivocal consent, and only in this case, ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL may send you information through any means, including by email and/or an equivalent means, but this does not imply any obligation on its part to make any communication.

Rights regarding your personal data

Pursuant to Qualified Law 15/2003 of 18 December on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations, ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL informs you that to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection regarding your personal data, recognised in the aforementioned regulations, and also in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”), you must send a signed and written communication to the email address info@aradvocats.ad, and to which you should attach a copy of your passport or national identity document.

On the other hand, in accordance with the GDPR, if you are in the European Union, you are entitled to receive confirmation as to whether or not ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL is processing personal data that concerns you; to access your personal data; and also to request the rectification of any inaccurate data or, where applicable, to request that they be cancelled when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were gathered. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, interested parties may also request the limitation of the processing of their personal data or their portability; in any case, ARQUÉS RIBERT ADVOCATS, SL shall only keep them to exercise or defend claims.
